Just like any other home owners, when the household components broke or malfunctioned, I would call contractors or service professionals. As everyone knows, that costs quite a lot of money.

As the years go by, I have learned how to maintain the house inside and outside and gained knowledge for house systems and components. Consequently I call for contractors and services far less than before (I would only call for specific services).

All of these experiences led me to take the home matters more seriously and eventually to pursue to be a registered home inspector in the state of Montana.

Of course, just like any other home owners, I went through the house purchase process with a realtor, including a home inspection. I totally understand this head-aching process. So, my objective is to assist home buyers and sellers during the process. I would like to share my professional knowledge and keen observations.

I graduated from Montana State University-Bozeman over 20 years ago and have been a Livingston resident for well over a decade. Besides home inspecting, I'm a state licensed fishing outfitter and run my own fishing guide service: LEFTY ANGLER & FLIES.
