Policy

For every inspection, the following agreement sheet must be read thoroughly and signed by both parties, i.e., clients and inspector.

Typically the inspection is conducted by the inspector by himself. For safety and liability purposes, NO unsupervised children and unattended pets are allowed in the premise or near the inspector and inspected areas. We will discuss in details as we schedule the inspections.

After-inspection discussion is conducted either in-person at the premise, inspector and clients presented, or over the phone.

A comprehensive written report is generated within a few days after the inspection and is emailed to the client.
Payment
Following payment methods are accepted and the fees are collected as the inspection is completed.
